This Affiliate program is a part of the Services provided by RSS Ground. By signing up to be an RSS Ground Affiliate you agree to be bound by RSS Ground Terms of Services, RSS Ground Privacy Policy and these RSS Ground Affiliate Program terms.

Being an RSS Ground affiliate you are granted with non-transferable non-exclusive rights to demonstrate and promote RSS Ground service to your prospects, customers, followers and reader.

You can use any legal marketing techniques and methods to promote RSS Ground. At our discretion we will provide you with sample promotion materials.

Registration

With your registration you must provide your full legal name and a valid domain name of the website you own or operate.

You are solely responsible for all the information you provide in your RSS Ground account profile and on the website that you own or operate. You will be able to list multiple domains under your Affiliate profile but during registration procedure you have to specify your main domain name.

You are solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website, social network profiles and other online communications used to promote RSS Ground and for all materials you use. You warrant that you have all appropriate authority to operate, and to post any and all content on the website you specify. You should ensure that materials used do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any Third Party (including, for example, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights). You will be solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and appropriateness of materials used. We do not endorse or accept any responsibility for any links that lead from your webpages to any other website apart from RSSGround.com and for any content that can be found by following these links to Third Party websites.

Each party represents and warrants to the other party as to itself that the person executing this Agreement is authorized to do so on such party’s behalf.

IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WERE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT.

As an Affiliate, you can only have 1 account.

Commissions

To be eligible to earn a Commission the end user (the authorized actual user of who registered for a free/paid RSS Ground account) must purchase RSS Ground subscription within the stated cookie life period of coming to RSS Ground through the referral link from your website, email or other online communications. If a sale occurs after cookie life period expires and the end user has not returned through the referral link and purchased RSS Ground subscription then no Commission shall occur.

Cookie lifetime is 30 days.

Your initial Commission rate is equal to 30% (thirty percent) of the total sale amount. After 10 referrals your rate goes up to 40%. After 15 total referrals – 45%. And finally after attracting 50 or more new members your affiliate commissions rate will be 50%.

Commission Payments are processed once a month by the 10th day of each month. Commission payments cover sales accrued between the first and last days of the previous month. Commission payments are made every time your account balance reaches a minimum threshold of $50 (thirty USD). Money credited to your affiliate balance does not accrue interest.

Payments are made via PayPal and Stripe payment processors. Payment processor fees are deducted from the commissions amount.

Commissions are only earned on paid accounts. If the end user cancels or does not pay for RSS Ground subscription, asks for a refund or uses limited free registration, no Commissions will accrue.

If at any time the end user account is cancelled, suspended or refunded you will become ineligible to receive further (future) Commissions from that end user.

Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods will be voided. Fraudulent activities will also result in immediate account cancellation.

All statistics are collected and calculated by RSS Ground, and will be the only valid statistics used for determining Commissions.

Chargeback fees and refunds will be deducted from your earned commission.

From time to time RSS Ground may change subscription prices, therefore these changes may affect both the commission you will earn and the truthfulness of the information you will provide. We cannot guarantee the availability of subscriptions at the prices that you list on your website, if they are outdated.

Commission structure is subject to change at our discretion.

Restrictions

You may not use RSS Ground Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. While using either RSS Ground service you must not violate any laws in your area/state/country.

You cannot use and mention in any way: (i) RSS Ground brand name as a keyword in your advertising campaigns across all search engines, including any misspellings in the brand name; (ii) Use RSS Ground brand name in the domain name of your website, including any misspellings of the brand name.

You may not modify the trademarks, banners, the content or any of the images provided to you in any way, without our prior written consent.

Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-through using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually “refreshing” of pages, for the sole purpose of creating Commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD OR ANY HARMFUL ACTION WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT CANCELATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.

You cannot SPAM. We will terminate Your Account on the first offense of spamming. Do not send emails to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send them to.

You will not receive Commissions for self-referrals and for affiliates, who violate our Affiliate Program Terms. Your Commissions will also be rejected in case you engage existing users to re-subscribe via the affiliate links. You are also not allowed to refer the company you work for and receive Commissions for that.

The affiliate is not permitted to use any of the content of any websites owned and/or operated by RSS Ground and Paytory Inc. without written consent. The affiliate shall not frame any pages or parts of any pages of the RSSGround.com nor will the affiliate create the impression that the affiliate website is RSSGround.com or any part of RSSGround.com. The Affiliate agrees not to make any representations and/or give any warranties and/or guarantees relating to RSSGround Services and/or their efficacy other than those given by RSSGround and/or as otherwise approved by us in writing.

Indemnification obligations

You shall defend, indemnify and hold RSS Ground harmless against all claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, interest, settlements and judgments, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred, claimed or sustained by Third Parties, directly or indirectly as a result of (i) your breach of or non-compliance with terms of this Affiliate Program, (ii) your violation of any law, or an alleged violation of law by RSS Ground, that is a direct or indirect result of your use of the network service, (iii) your use of the network service, (iv) your participation in any program, (v) any content, goods or services offered, sold or otherwise made available by you to any person, (vi) your acts or omissions in using, displaying or distributing any internet links obtained from the network service or elsewhere, including but not limited to your use of internet links via email distribution, (vii) any claim that RSS Ground is obligated to pay tax obligations in connection with payment made to you pursuant to this Affiliate Program, and (viii) any violation or alleged violation by you of any rights of another, including breach of a person’s or entity’s intellectual property rights (each (i)-(viii) individually is referred to hereinafter as a “Claim”).

Affiliate Program participation cancellation

If you fail or RSS Ground suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Terms, RSS ground, at its sole discretion, without notice to you, may cancel your participation in RSS Ground Affiliate Program.
